Kymberlie Berrien is a massage therapist who bridges the healthcare gap for her clients who suffer with chronic pain or disease. She partners with the medical community and also assists her clients to advocate for their own health care. Using techniques that address scar tissue, trigger points, inflammation, and muscle tension, Kymberlie uses a mind/body approach that addresses the cause of pain to heal the hurt, providing lasting relief for clients who have tried many other methods without success.
Many of her clients seek out her professional services because they have been frustrated by the treatment they’ve received from the traditional medical community. After months, or even years, of treatments with medicine, physical therapy, and possibly surgery their pain hasn’t decreased and, in some cases, has increased. Kymberlie assists her clients to reconnect with the health that resides inside them. Her belief is that if someone is in pain there is something wrong, even if medical tests like MRIs have not discovered the source.
Known for her professional and thorough approach to finding the cause of her clients’ pain, Kymberlie guides her clients using evidence-based care and assists them to continue their own healing between sessions.
She enjoys working with women; especially women who have chronic pelvic or abdominal pain or suffer with an autoimmune disorder. Kymberlie is also trained to work with pregnant woman and women who are dealing with infertility and seeking a natural complement to other modalities.
Kymberlie obtained her massage training and certification through the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy, graduating in 2001. She is also possesses specialized training in Pain Management and Women’s Health as well as being a DONA trained Birth and Postpartum Doula.
Kymberlie Berrien is dedicated to helping her clients achieve the health they deserve.
