We are a group of independently employed women who have come together to pool our resources and experience to better serve each other and our clients. We are all highly trained and experienced women who are united by a common philosophy.
every family deserves physical and emotional support during birth and the early postpartum period.
the entire family, not just the mother, deserves support.
our support must be non-judgmental. Every family has the privilege of making decisions for themselves.
our role in supporting a family is to offer evidence based information not opinions so that the family can make an informed decision.
in supporting families in whatever infant feeding method they choose.
it is our privilege to empower parents with the skills and tools necessary so that they may confidently parent their own baby.
if we are doing our job properly, we will eventually work our way out of a job.

Baby's don't always come when we expect them to and sometimes they don't arrive in the way we anticipated. Many times a family's anticipated needs change after the baby is born. Working in a co-op allows us to offer our clients a level of flexibility that would be impossible if we were working alone.
