We are a busy, growing boutique massage practice located in Bala Cynwyd. We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about people, health, and wellness to join our team. Our ideal client is professional, dynamic, dependable, and self-motivated.
Our business model encourages developing long term therapeutic relationships with our clients. Most of our clients have standing appointments booked out for the next year, and Kym is currently fully booked about 6-8 weeks out. We want to support you in building out your schedule of regular clients as well so that you have a steady, consistent income to rely upon!

Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients and customize massage therapy services to ensure high level of client satisfaction
- Build trust and ongoing therapeutic relationships with clients so that they rebook and trust your recommendations for self-care techniques to enhance outcomes
- Maintain documentation for all sessions and keep client files up to date
- Ensure client safety through proper hygienic use of products and covid protocols
- Reschedule appointments, accept payments, process gift certificates and promotional discounts
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive education in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
- Licensed Massage Therapist
- Excellent communication skills with clients, owner, and team
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- Orientation
- Clean, safe work environment
- Online scheduling and client record keeping software
- Fully furnished office and waiting room, including locked cabinet for your personal belongings
