In my work as a Doula, I bring my massage training to the table. I've learned that having a successful vaginal birth does not happen by accident. Your body knows what to do, but we have to set it up for success. Through my “Best Odds Plan”  I will help you avoid an induction, give your body a space to go into labor on its own, and have the best chance to progress. You birth will be something that you are making informed and aligned choices about.
